• Data Ownership and Governance: 100% of the dataset, information, and content displayed within the App—including, but not limited to, pedestrian routes, restricted zones, temporary or permanent trail closures, park opening hours, accessibility infrastructure data, and descriptions of historical sites—is provided, managed, approved, and maintained exclusively by the official governing authority responsible for the park Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte.
• No Editorial Control or Field Verification: The application developers, technical architects, and maintenance engineers do not exercise any editorial oversight, field validation, or physical inspection regarding the data provided by the Institution. Consequently, no warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, are made regarding the absolute accuracy, truthfulness, completeness, safety, or real-time updating of the information rendered within the App.
• Complete Indemnification and Liability Exclusion: The software developers and copyright owners explicitly disclaim any and all liability, direct or indirect, for inaccuracies, typographical errors, omissions, or algorithmic anomalies present within the app data. Any civil, criminal, or administrative liability arising from the use of or reliance on this information—including physical accidents, logistical delays, navigation errors, personal injuries, or property damage sustained inside the park—rests entirely and exclusively (100%) with the public entity managing the Bosco di Capodimonte, as they are the sole source and authoritative validator of said data.

Any interaction with these underlying network and mapping systems is automatically subject to the respective infrastructure provider's rigorous privacy guidelines (e.g., the Apple Privacy Policy).
